Tickets can be purchased in the BVB ticket store up to 48 hours before the start of the match.
BVB Secondary market for Sellers
The ticket holder (first-time buyer) logs in to the BVB ticket store in the “Login” section with their personal access data (if you have login problems, please contact [email protected]). Important: The tickets must have been purchased directly from Borussia Dortmund. As soon as BVB has released the secondary market, the seats for the corresponding match will appear in the My Account area. The ticket can then be released for resale via the slider behind the individual seat for the match.
The season ticket holder will be refunded the pro rata season ticket price per match. For day tickets that are offered again, the first purchaser will be refunded the pure day ticket price (without advance booking fee).
From this point on, the ticket is visible in the BVB online ticket store and can be purchased as a day ticket. As soon as the ticket has found a buyer, the first purchaser will receive an e-mail about the successful sale of the ticket. It is then no longer possible to withdraw the offer. Borussia Dortmund will automatically transfer the proceeds of the sale to the bank account you have specified. This can take up to 14 days. It is also possible to donate part or all of the proceeds to the BVB foundation “Leuchte auf”. Your donation will be doubled by Borussia Dortmund to ensure that the BVB Foundation receives the highest possible amount.
Questions about the BVB secondary market for seller
A withdrawal of the offer is possible as long as your offered ticket for the single match has not yet been reserved or sold. As soon as a successful sale has been made, you will receive an e-mail informing you that a new buyer has been found. At the same time, your ticket for this single match will be canceled/invalidated.
Holders of season or day tickets can offer their tickets via the BVB ticket store if they cannot or do not wish to use them.
The condition is always that you have purchased the tickets using your BVB customer details and that you know these so that you can register. Each ticket holder can only offer their own seat for sale. This means that each ticket holder needs their own login or account with login details.
Tickets from the guest area, free tickets, VIP tickets as well as standing room tickets from blocks 11-14 and tickets already purchased via the secondary market cannot be offered for sale.
