Payment at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK
The BVB Stadiondeckel is Borussia Dortmund’s own electronic payment card, now used as a payment method in SIGNAL IDUNA PARK (away fans can still pay in cash!). You can purchase it from our mobile staff in SIGNAL IDUNA PARK, identifiable by their white backpack flags.
The Stadiondeckel itself is free and deposit-free. You can conveniently load it with your desired amount starting from 5 euros (up to a maximum of 150 euros) at home via the internet or the BVB app.
On the BVB website and in the BVB app, you have the option to load the following amounts: 5€, 10€, 20€, and 50€.

Loading is possible on the BVB website. For the initial registration, the Stadiondeckel number also serves as the PIN. You will then be prompted to change the password/PIN for security reasons.
If you have a Stadiondeckel with the number 90802002 or higher, the password for registration is "BVB1909!". You will then be prompted to change the password/PIN for security reasons.
3. Loading via the BVB app
In the BVB app, simply click on the Stadiondeckel icon (bottom right) and enter the Stadiondeckel number. Again, for the initial registration, the Stadiondeckel number serves as the PIN, and you will be prompted to change the password/PIN for security reasons. If you have a Stadiondeckel with the number 90802002 or higher, the password for registration is "BVB1909!". You will then be prompted to change the password/PIN for security reasons.
First, select the manual loading option and complete the initial loading (5€, 10€, 20€, or 50€).
Since the 2016/17 Bundesliga season, an additional function is available: After manual loading, you can activate automatic reloading. A threshold value and a reload amount must be set. The threshold value indicates the amount that must always be loaded on the Stadiondeckel. If this amount is undershot, the balance will automatically be increased by the previously set reload amount. This eliminates the need for further manual loadings. It is recommended to provide your email address under account settings so that your Stadiondeckel can be blocked in case of loss or your PIN can be sent to you.
Important: If the Stadiondeckel is loaded online, your balance will be automatically booked onto your Stadiondeckel the next time it comes into contact with a card reader at a stadium kiosk.
