BVB Tickets for Severely Disabled Fans

Since we only have a few day tickets available for Block 9, these will be allocated exclusively through an online lottery. Borussia Dortmund aims to enable as many people with disabilities as possible to visit SIGNAL IDUNA PARK throughout the season. Club members are given priority, but non-members are also considered.

A ticket for people with severe disabilities costs 15€, and the ticket for the accompanying person costs 42€.

Depending on any entitlements according to the disability ID card, different prices may apply here – the place for the accompanying person is not always free.

Advance sales period for people with severe disabilities

In general, the same terms apply to tickets for fans with disabilities as for other ticket orders. Tickets can be ordered at any time through the methods specified later on. Allocation usually takes place 2-4 weeks before the respective match and follows the general advance sale dates.

Access for people with severe disabilities to SIGNAL IDUNA PARK

Access to Block 9 is via the special North-West entrance next to the Fanwelt.

Special Information for Severely Disabled Fans at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK

Eligible persons are those with a disability ID card. Please carry the eligibility proof with you as it will be checked on-site.

  • Walkers are not allowed as mobility aids because bulky items outside the wheelchair areas in blocks 3 and 6 could impede the smooth evacuation of spectators.
  • Walkers can be left at the "Helmbude," located on the North forecourt. However, capacities are limited.
  • Additional information, including for other stadiums and clubs, can be found on the Federal Disabled Fans Association homepage at https://bbag-online.de/
  • Disabled toilets are located in the West and East stands.
