When I took over as office manager at the predecessor company of besttravel in July 1997 - at that time with only 3 employees - in the old office on Strobelallee, I already knew that I wanted to stay here for a long time. In 2005, I was appointed managing director. I am not only available as a contact person for entrepreneurial and strategic matters, but also still in the operational area. I am now delighted to work with a team of 11 colleagues. Since December 2010, I have been part of the besttravel team in the area of business travel. I tailor all flight, train, hotel, and car rental offers and bookings to the individual needs of our business customers, ensuring that they always reach their destination quickly and comfortably. Additionally, I am responsible for group flights, specifically for the memorial trips of BVB and the trips of our BVB Legends team, which often travels abroad for friendly matches. One of my great passions is playing golf. Therefore, I am available as a contact person for the golf trips and tournaments organized by us. Since June 2013, I have been part of the besttravel team in the group sector. I started with the development and market launch of the new home game packages, the Adrenaline Trips. Since June 2014, I have been responsible for all trips of the professional team as well as the youth teams. This includes research and organization of flights, hotels, and transfers for all matches in the Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and DFB-Pokal. Additionally, I create exclusive offers for sponsors and accompanying press representatives. Since early 2017, I have been overseeing the department as Head of Sports Travel & Events. Prior to joining besttravel, I was primarily responsible for team hotels during the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup 2010 and the FIFA Women's World Cup 2011. After that, I managed the women's national team and the visiting teams of the national team at the DFB travel agency.
