BVB Tickets for Visually Impaired Fans
Since we only have a few day tickets available for Block 9, these are allocated exclusively through an online lottery. Borussia Dortmund aims to enable as many people with disabilities as possible to visit SIGNAL IDUNA PARK throughout the season. Club members are given preference, but non-members are also considered.
A visually impaired ticket (including a companion, who must be a walker and at least 16 years old) costs €15.
The distribution and collection of headphones for the audio commentary for blind fans are handled by volunteers in the block, against a deposit of the disability ID card. You have the option of choosing either an audio commentary specifically for visually impaired fans or the BVB Netradio broadcast. Additionally, the audio commentary can be received throughout the stadium on an FM frequency (91.7 MHz).
Pre-Sale Period for Visually Impaired Fans
Generally, the same rules apply for tickets for fans with disabilities as for other ticket orders. The tickets can be ordered at any time through the specified channels. Allocation usually takes place 2-4 weeks before the respective game, following the general pre-sale dates.
Special Information for Visually Impaired Fans at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK
Eligible persons are those whose disability ID card shows "Bl" or "RF" in combination with a medical certificate confirming a visual impairment. Please carry the eligibility proof with you as it will be checked on-site.
- Walkers are not allowed as mobility aids because bulky items outside the wheelchair areas in blocks 3 and 6 could impede the smooth evacuation of spectators.
- Additional information, including for other stadiums and clubs, can be found on the Federal Disabled Fans Association homepage at https://bbag-online.de/.
- Disabled toilets are located in the East stand, close to the visually impaired block. A catering service is available in the block for visually impaired fans.
