FAQ about Events & Catering at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK

Setup and dismantling for your event:
Please let us know if you require setup and dismantling days for your event, as for insurance reasons, a representative from our team must be present during this time. Therefore, we kindly ask you to coordinate the desired time frame with us.

BVB Fan Merchandise:
Looking for a small token from our FanShop for your guests? Not a problem, we'll take care of it! Take a look at our official Borussia Dortmund FanShop.

Catering:
We, the Event & Catering GmbH, exclusively provide you and your guests with food and drinks at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK. We are happy to create individual food and beverage offers for your event.

External Service Providers:
We are happy to inquire with our service providers for event technology, decoration, furniture, etc., for your event. You will receive a customized total offer from us. If you are already working with a service provider, coordination of the collaboration with us is mandatory before the event.

Parking:
To reach the parking spaces at the Luftbad parking lot of SIGNAL IDUNA PARK, use the ramp that leads from Strobelallee under the BVB-FanWelt. You have up to 1,200 parking spaces available free of charge during an event. There are also free parking spaces on Strobelallee. For driving with your car, please use the following address for your navigation system: Strobelallee 54, 44139 Dortmund.

Mobile Snack Stand:
Have you heard about our "Mobile Snack Stand," which is located in front of the BVB-FanWelt? You can rent this exclusively for your event or private celebration. Contact us – we'll be happy to advise you.

Number of Participants for Your Event:
The final number of participants must be communicated to us in writing no later than seven working days before the first day of the event.

Animals:
Please note that according to the stadium regulations, animals are not allowed at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK.

Transportation with the Team Bus:
Are you looking for an extraordinary transportation option or have you always wanted to enjoy a special atmosphere in the BVB team bus? Contact us! We are happy to book the second team bus for your event.

Wi-Fi:
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout SIGNAL IDUNA PARK.
