BVB Tickets for Wheelchair Users
Since we only have a few day tickets available for wheelchair users, these are allocated exclusively through an online lottery. Borussia Dortmund aims to enable as many people with disabilities as possible to visit SIGNAL IDUNA PARK throughout the season. Club members are given preference, but non-members are also considered.
Additional Seat Ticket
In the wheelchair user areas of the stadium, additional seats are available. When ordering a wheelchair user ticket, you can now request an additional ticket for another person, in addition to the included companion ticket.
If a wheelchair user ticket is allocated, the request for the additional seat ticket will also be considered if possible. The additional seat may not always be directly next to the companion's seat but will always be in the same block.
A wheelchair user ticket (including a companion, who must be a walker and at least 16 years old) costs €15.
Season ticket holders in the wheelchair user area can also order an additional seat ticket via the online tool.
Important: The additional seat ticket can only be used by walkers who are at least 16 years old. Wheelchair users or persons relying on a walker cannot use the additional ticket.
Pre-Sale Period for Wheelchair Users
Generally, the same rules apply for tickets for fans with disabilities as for other ticket orders. The tickets can be ordered at any time through the specified channels. Allocation usually takes place 2-4 weeks before the respective game, following the general pre-sale dates.
Special Information for Wheelchair Users at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK
The stadium regulations at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK state that visitors who rely on a wheelchair may only use the designated wheelchair areas. Visiting our events with a regular seat or standing ticket is strictly prohibited. In the event of panic, fire, or other emergencies, smooth evacuation for wheelchair users cannot be guaranteed otherwise.
Therefore, for legal and liability reasons, we cannot offer an alternative seat in SIGNAL IDUNA PARK to visitors who rely on a wheelchair but do not have a valid wheelchair ticket.
- Walkers are not allowed as mobility aids because bulky items outside the wheelchair areas in blocks 3 and 6 could impede the smooth evacuation of spectators.
- Additional information, including for other stadiums and clubs, can be found on the homepage of the Federal Disabled Fans Association.
- Disabled toilets are located in the West and East stands, close to the wheelchair user areas.
- A catering service is available in the wheelchair user blocks.
- Volunteers are available throughout the game for questions and assistance.
Away Tickets for Wheelchair Users
Borussia Dortmund always requests the full guest allocation from the host. According to current DFL statutes, the guest is entitled to 10% of the wheelchair user tickets available for general sale. However, a guarantee for a specific number of tickets depends on the host. Unforeseen circumstances, such as stadium renovations, can lead to a different number of available tickets. Prices are set by the host and can vary significantly. Information can also be found on the BBAG homepage (www.bbag-online.de).
Since the wheelchair user tickets for away games are sent by the host approximately three weeks before the respective games, the onward dispatch of tickets or cancellations can only occur at short notice.
Payment: You will receive a reservation, after which you can pay for your tickets. After receipt of payment, the tickets will be sent.
